More about our baits
All of this started with my love for spinnerbaits.  I fish spinnerbaits all year round.  Manufacturers make all kinds but there are so many choices.  It always seems like when I find one I like, I end up losing it or fish tear it up and I cant find another just like it.  So I finally said screw it and started buying stuff and trying to perfect what I wanted.

The name was inspired by the dirty rivers of southwest Georgia.  I have fished them my entire life.  City folks always have the same reaction.  "Ewww you're fishing in the nasty river???  Don't you know Atlanta dumps raw sewage in there?"  Well, yes, I'm aware, but I'll live.

Do they catch fish?

Of course they catch fish!  I will throw a Dirty River Spinnerbait just about anywhere.  Even when the haters say, "It's the wrong time of year" or "They're biting this or that."  I don't care.  And I've made believers out of many.

They catch big ones, they catch small ones, and everything in between.  I don't go anywhere without a Dirty River Spinnerbait tied on.

How do I choose?

There are different configurations for different situations.  Like I usually throw a single big Colorado blade in muddy water.  If it's just stained, I like a big willow and a little Colorado.  If the water is super clear I usually throw a double willow.

And colors, don't even get me started.  I'm pretty simple. I prefer either some form of white or white and chartreuse.
